Shipping policy

We currently ship directly from our distribution centre located in Cork, Ireland. We have partnered with An Post, DHL & DPD as our nominated shipping agents to provide you with an most efficient, hassle-free delivery. Customers are responsible for tax and duties where applicable.

While we aim to get orders out in 1 to 2 working days, please allow up to 5 working days to process orders. Advised delivery times are in addition to processing times.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

It is our policy that all deliveries must be signed for by the recipient.
